Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)
Social debates about diversity, equity and inclusion are also changing the business world. A fair and tolerant corporate culture is proving to be a decisive competitive advantage and ensures the future viability of companies. If companies manage to integrate diverse perspectives, they break new ground more easily: They develop more innovative products, reach new customers and are more attractive to a diverse pool of talent.
The change towards an inclusive work environment does not happen by itself. It requires dealing with deeply rooted, often unconscious, bias.
I support teams and managers in recognizing and dealing with unconscious bias in order to create a corporate culture in which everyone can feel they belong.
Typical key questions in my workshops are: Which bias do I have towards people who are different from me? What structural injustices are there in the company? What can we do to prevent discrimination in the workplace? And how do we develop an inclusive and attractive corporate culture?
